The Summer School & Symposium will be held at

Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, MAICH

Alsyllio Agrokepiou, Chania-Crete, Greece

It is situated in a picturesque, typical Mediterranean pine-tree forest setting, surrounded by a botanical garden, a prestigious location 3 km south-east of the city of Chania, 14 km from the international airport and 2 km from the port.

ACCOMMODATION in the campus of MAICh

Luxurious stonehouses in the Conference campus can host a limited number of participants. Each stonehouse consists of a two level traditional apartment with a double bed in the upper level and a lounge with one or two single beds in the lower level (sofa beds). A Kitchenette and T. V. are available in all stonehouses.

The student dormitories can accommodate participants in single (approx. 7 available) or double rooms (bunk bed- 18 available) with private facilities (20-25 rooms available ).

Approximately 6 attics in the student dormitories building are also available. The attic is a two level room with a double mattress in the upper level and a single bed, refrigerator and T. V. in the lower level (private facilities).
