Payment:
Registrations can be made using the ConfTool platform (link below) as of April 1st, 2024. To successfully complete the registration, a full payment of the registration fee must be made. Detailed information about payment will be provided on the ConfTool platform.
Two payment methods are available:
- Wire / Bank Transfer (Debit Card)
- Stripe (Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard; Alipay)
Wire/Bank Transfer
For EU-Citizens (payments in Euro in SEPA-areas), we recommend using wire/bank transfer as there will be no additional charges.
In case of payments using wire/bank transfer, you must transfer the fee within 7 days following the registration to the following bank account:

Important: Please note the following purpose on your bank transfer:
- Your Registration ID, Invoice-ID, CSiV 2024 (this information will be generated by ConfTool as part of your registration process)
Stripe
You can pay via the “Stripe-method" by following the instructions on the ConfTool platform. Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Alipay can be made via Stripe. After choosing this payment option, you will be redirected directly to Stripe.
Cancelation Fees
For cancelations 30 days before the event, 80% of the registration fees will be refunded.
