• Adaptation of macroinvertebrates to pesticides and associated environmental factors
• Assessment of potential effects in freshwater organisms using pesticide body burden of G. pulex
• Interaction between chemical and environmental stressors
• Acute and chronic toxicity to aquatic organisms (G. pulex, D. magna)
• Metabolomics technique to investigate the effects of pesticide exposure
• Consequences of physiological and genetic adaptation to pesticides
