Konrad Lipkowski

Konrad Lipkowski received his BSc in “Biosciences" in 2012 and MSc in “Ecology and Evolution" in 2015 at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In his Master´s thesis, he studied the cause and effect of natural population density variation on male mate choosiness and sexual dimorphic traits in the mate-guarding amphipod Gammarus roeselii. During his studies he has been tutor in the practical courses “Structure and Function of Organisms" and “Diversity of Organisms (Plants, Fungi and Animals)" of the bachelor program “Biosciences" at the Goethe-university in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In 2015 he joined the “Hessian natural forest reserves project" at the Senckenberg Research Institute and Natural History Museum Frankfurt am Main, assisting in the identification, analysis and inventory of German forest wildlife. In 2018 he joined the WZS-Lab to do his PhD on chemical communication in the context of anti-predator strategies in tadpoles.
